22nd Century Technologies Acquires BT Federal

McLean, VA and London, UK – December 1, 2025 – 22nd Century Technologies, Inc. (TSCTI) and BT today announced the successful acquisition of BT Federal, Inc., BT’s U.S. government contracting subsidiary. BT Federal will now operate as 22nd Century Networks, a wholly owned subsidiary of TSCTI.

The acquisition expands TSCTI’s managed network services capabilities, including coverage across all 50 states, building on BT Federal’s deep telecommunications and networking expertise. The new 22^nd Century Networks can now deliver fully integrated solutions “from enterprise to edge” under a single, interoperable platform.
